Dear Editor,
I would like to thank all the musicians who played for free this past weekend in the Neil Young Tribute Festival at Palaia Vineayrds. We raised a ton of money for Joan's Legacy against Lung Cancer and had a great time doing it.
We had some of the most talented musicians in the Hudson Valley play for us for two days and I've never experienced anything like it before. Joan Scarangello was a non-smoker who died at 47 after a nine month battle with lung cancer. We support Joan's Legacy, and hope that you all can come out next year and help us by having a good time and donating to the cause.
Thank you again to everyone who helped us have such a good weekend including George Carney, Craig Cowton, Allison Theiss, Kendra Perro, Bill Lyons, John McCarroll, Julian Carney, Joey, Angela, Nick and all our wonderful "regulars"...you know who you are.
