The Pirates won the Cornwall Little League Major Division championship on Saturday, defeating the Nationals with a score of 12-5.
Members of the 2008 Pirates are Alex Cruz, Sam Fleischman, Luke Haggarty-Wenz, Tommy Hoerup, Colin Lennox, Donald Malone, TJ Miggliore, Nick Miggliore, Seamus O’Sullivan, Matt Rose, Brendan Rose, Travis Ward, and Michael White.
The team was coached by Donald Malone with assistant coaches Chris Hoerup, Rich Rose, Todd Rose and Peter Ward.
