Thursday, June 12
10:29 a.m. Police issue a ticket for a traffic violation on Hudson Street to a 20-year-old male from Newburgh.
11:47 p.m. Town of Highlands requests closure of Route 9W southbound for an accident in their area and police close the road at Mountain Road.
Friday, June 13
2:07 a.m. Police respond to a complaint of a barking dog on Idlewild Avenue and notify the dog’s owner.
11:15 a.m. Police issue at ticket for driving 39 mph in a 20 mph school zone to a 16-year-old male from Cornwall-on-Hudson.
1:45 p.m. Police issue a ticket for driving 50 mph in a 30 mph zone on Academy Avenue to a 16-year-old male from Cornwall.
6:40 p.m. Police remove a group of juveniles from the front of Cornwall-on-Hudson elementary school.
Saturday, June 14
8:05 a.m. Police investigate a report of criminal mischief on Hudson Street.
11:10 a.m. Police respond to a motor vehicle accident that occurred when a vehicle turning from Hudson Street on Mountain Road struck a vehicle at the stop sign.
1:17 p.m. Police advise a group of juveniles skateboarding at the elementary school to move along.
1:44 p.m. Police advise a group of juveniles with skateboards at the bandstand to move along.
10:17 p.m. Police respond to a noise complaint of loud music from a party on Maple Avenue.
