General News: American Legion Sign Destroyed by Vandals

The American Legion sign at Town Hall Park has been removed following an act of vandalism in the past week.
Cornwall Buildings and Grounds chief John Wood says that that someone apparently threw rocks at the wooden sign and broke some of the slats, which he notes were already in a deteriorated condition.
Wood says he is not aware of any plans to replace the sign.
