General News: Woman Injured in Motorcycle Crash

A 49-year-old woman from Central Valley was injured in when the motorcycle she was driving struck a deer on Route 32 on Wednesday evening.
Cornwall police say that Marianne Devunto was headed south on the road when a deer ran out in front of her motorcycle. The deer struck the left side of the motorcycle, causing Devunto to lose control.
The Cornwall Volunteer Ambulance Company treated Devunto at the scene. She was then transported on a STAT flight to Westchester County Medical Center for further treatment of her injuries.
