Thursday, April 10
11:19 a.m. Police issue a ticket for speeding in a school zone on Hudson Street to a 58-year-old female from Cornwall.
11:48 a.m. Police issue a ticket for speeding in a school zone on Hudson Street to a 23-year-old male from Falls Village.
1:45 p.m. Police investigate damage to a mailbox on Boulevard.
3:20 p.m. Police issue a ticket for a cell phone violation to a 23-year-old male driver from Cornwall.
3:35 p.m. Police issue a ticket for speeding on Route 218 to a 17-year-old male from New Windsor.
8:05 p.m. Police respond to a report of a used truck that a man was preparing to tow away after he bought it and it burst into flames and was a total loss.
Friday, April 11
7:18 p.m. Police issue a summons for driving 70 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 9W to a 31-year-old male from Newburgh.
7:37 p.m. Police issue a ticket for a vehicle and traffic violation on Academy Avenue to a 38-year-old female from Cornwall-on-Hudson.
8:50 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Main St. to a 21-year-old male from Cornwall-on-Hudson.
10:19 p.m. Police arrest 29-year-old Thomas Wilson of New Windsor for making harassing phone calls.
