Andrew Argenio, the newest member of the Cornwall-on-Hudson planning board, lives in Cornwall-on-Hudson in a house that he restored on Church Street dating back to the 1850s.
When he is not restoring the details of his historic home, he runs a mixed masonry recycling business in New Windsor. The operation is part of a contracting and black-top business that has been run by his family for three generations. Argenio explains that the company recycled 40,000 tons of materials last year.
