Sunday, March 16
2:05 a.m. Police issue a ticket for a vehicle and traffic violation on Hudson Street and when his father comes to pick him up, he is charged with driving with a suspended license.
9:30 p.m. Police remove a group of juveniles from the Cornwall-on-Hudson elementary school property.
11:50 p.m. While on patrol, officer comes upon two vehicles parked across from 300 Shore Road with about ten subjects. Smell of alcohol on some of the subject and alcohol is observed in the trunk of one of the vehicles. No one observed with any alcohol and drivers tested had zero alcohol in their systems. Subjects advised and all alcohol is emptied.
Monday, March 17
10:38 a.m. Police issue a ticket for parking illegally in front of the post office on Hudson Street.
3:05 p.m. Police issue two summonses to a driver without a seatbelt and with an adequate muffler on Willis Avenue.
4:36 p.m. Police issue a summons for driving on Hudson Street without a seatbelt to a 21-year-old male from Newburgh.
4:41 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Hudson Street.
4:46 p.m. Police issue a summons for an expired inspection sticker to a vehicle on Hudson Street.
5:20 p.m. Police remove a group of juveniles from a driveway on Idlewild Avenue.
9:32 p.m. Police respond to a mental health call and resolve the situation.
Tuesday, March 18
12:31 a.m. Police charge a male resident of Cornwall-on-Hudson with third degree assault in a domestic dispute.
Wednesday, March 19
7:58 p.m. Police investigate a report of harassing instant messages sent to a female middle school student.
Thursday, March 20
8:50 a.m. Police investigate a report of solicitation at the DB Mart.
2:05 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Duncan Avenue to an 18-year-old male from Cornwall.
4:14 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Shore Road to an 18-year-old male from New Windsor.
Friday, March 21
8:30 p.m. Police respond to Cumberland Farms for a report of disorderly juveniles and advise them to move along.
Saturday, March 22
6:27 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 9W to a 25-year-old female from West Point.
6:43 p.m. Police issue two summonses for vehicle and traffic violations, including driving without a valid license, to a 21-year-old male from the Bronx.
9:10 p.m. Police investigate a report of a water bottle thrown at a residence on Avenue A.
