Thursday, March 13
6:24 a.m. Police issue a ticket for a vehicle and traffic violation on Avenue A to a 49-year-old male from Cornwall.
8:55 a.m. Police issue a ticket for a vehicle and traffic violation on Hudson Street to a 50-year-old male from Cornwall.
12:26 p.m. Police respond to a report of juveniles throwing bottles and garbage onto the Donahue Farm property, locate subjects and warn them.
1:59 p.m. Police investigate a report of a broken kitchen window.
2:03 p.m. Police investigate a possible larceny at the Nature Museum of the Hudson Highlands on Boulevard where an envelope with cash, checks and credit card receipts was missing from the front desk.
2:48 p.m. Police shut down Route 9W southbound while Highlands police work on an accident on the other side of the mountain.
10:18 p.m. Police assist town units with a domestic call.
Friday, March 14
12:54 p.m. Police issue a ticket for driving 71 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 9W to a 27-year-old male from Newburgh.
3:06 p.m. Police respond to a complaint and move along a panhandler from the DB Mart.
3:42 p.m. Police take possession of a black Ipod that was found on Idlewild Avenue.
Saturday, March 15
6:21 a.m. Police assist an elderly woman whose adult son had stayed out last night and hadn’t yet returned.
4:04 p.m. Police intervene in a dog fight.
