Dear Editor:
How often have you heard in any political campaign, " I can fix the problem, the past administration didn't have a clue of what the community wants." Shock words like, scrutinize, scary things, or better yet, life would be slower, traffic calmer, foot patrol, etc."
Come now, when you're on the outside looking in you don't always have the insight of the who, what, when, where, why and how is taking place. Opinions are just like a Monday morning quarter back until you get in the game and you can't change the rules.
The one true candidate running for office who has lived the village dream, has experienced the slow life, slow traffic and has scrutinized without having the scary things to worry about is Rudy Hahn. The village has changed. Rudy has listened to the community, he knows the pulse of what it takes in helping to run a village.
I can think of no other candidate running for office who has the same in-depth feeling for the village of Cornwall on Hudson than Rudy Hahn. He has lived it and understands what the community wants. A vote for Rudy Hahn is a vote for the future of Cornwall-on-Hudson.
