Monday, January 7
11:00 a.m. Police issue a summons for speeding on Route 94 to a 30-year-old female from Cornwall.
11:00 a.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Jackson Avenue to a 20-year-old male from Pearl River.
11:18-12:22 p.m. Police issue 12 summonses to vehicles with expired inspection stickers in the parking lot of the train station in Salisbury Mills.
12:57 p.m. Police issue a summons for an expired inspection to a vehicle on Route 32 driven by a 54-year-old female from newburgh.
1:27 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 32 to a 19-year-old female from Highland Mills.
1:30 p.m. Police issue a summons for an expired inspection to a vehicle on Route 32 driven by a 46-year-old male from Spring Valley.
1:44 p.m. Police issue a summons for an improper u-turn on Route 32 and one for an expired inspection sticker to a 28-year-old female from Highland Mills.
2:12 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 94 to a 27-year-old female from New Windsor.
2:28 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 32 to a 22-year-old male from Cornwall.
3:15 p.m. Police investigate a report of criminal mischief on Shore Drive in which the front window of a residence was damaged in a larceny incident reported in December.
4:20 p.m. Police respond to a report of an injured deer on Route 94 and dispatch the animal.
7:07 p.m. Police issue a summons for speeding on Route 94 to a 19-year-old male from New Windsor.
8:51 p.m. Police at a stationary radar post on Route 32 observe a motor vehicle accident in which the female driver lost control of her car, crossed over the opposite lane and hit two parked Quality tow trucks.
Tuesday, January 8
9:54 a.m. Police issue a summons for speeding on Mineral Springs Road to a 25-year-old male from Newburgh.
11:35 a.m. Police charge Carly Rivas, 35, of New Windsor, with petty larceny following an investigation of the theft of money from a Shore Drive residence in December.
1:57 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 94 to a 19-year-old female from Highland Mills.
2:15 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 94 to a 49-year-old female from New Windsor.
2:30 p.m. Police issue a summons for an expired inspection to a vehicle on Route 94 driven by 45-year-old female from Monroe.
2:32 p.m. Police issue a summons for an expired inspection to a vehicle on Route 94 driven by a 25-year-old male from Middletown.
2:32 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 94 to a 41-year-old male from New Windsor.
5:14 p.m. Police issue a summons for speeding on Willow Avenue to a 51-year-old male from Cornwall.
5:24 p.m. Police respond to a two-car motor vehicle accident on Route 9W and determine that a third vehicle had been involved. That vehicle was located on Shore Road where it had been abandoned. A vehicle check showed that car had a switched license plate on it.
7:54 p.m. Police issue a summons for speeding on Route 32 to a 54-year-old female from new Windsor.
8:44 p.m. Polcie respond to a domestic dispute between a mother and her daughter.

12 midnight Police respond to Willow Avenue for a report of intoxicated persons and locate three people in a grassy area adjacent to the Lee Road access road. One was laying on the ground vomiting with a laceration on his head and elbow and making incoherent sounds. A strong odor of alcohol was observed. The other two did not appear intoxicated and said they had come to the aid of the third person. The first person was taken to Cornwall hospital.
12:42 p.m. Police respond to a report of a person seen entering the woods off Mill Street with a rifle and determine that it was a BB gun. All parties advised.
7:35 a.m. Police respond to a report of a motor vehicle accident on Route 9W at the mountaintop and find state police on scene with numerous vehicles involved in the accident.
8:38 a.m. Police respond to a motor vehicle accident in which two passing vehicles on Mine Hill Road damaged the mirror on one of the vehicles.
10:32 a.m. Police stop a vehicle for a traffic violation and arrest the driver, 31-year-old Trevor Joyner, of Newburgh, for driving with a license that had been suspended four times. Police also issue him a summons for driving a vehicle with an expired inspection.
10:36 a.m. Police respond to Cornwall high school where school personnel located 10 glassine envelopes that at one time containued marijuana.
2:17 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 94 to a 18-year-old female from Campbell Hall.
4:26 p.m. Police issue a summons for failure to stop for a school bus with flashing red lights on Route 9W to a 42-year-old male from New Windsor.
4:31 p.m. Police investigate a report of license plates removed from a vehicle on Mine Hill Road.
5:14 p.m. Police respond to Cornwall high school for a report of an unruly stident in the night school program. The student is handed over to her guardian and the incident will be handled by school administrators.
5:45 p.m. Police issue four summonses for vehicle and traffic violations on Route 32 to a 19-year-old male from Cornwall.
Thursday, January 10
9:17 a.m. Police respond to a motor vehicle accident on Main Street involving a fire truck and a passenger vehicle.
a.m. Police respond to Cornwall high school for an altercation between two students. Incident will be handled by school administrators.
12:20 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 32 to a 20-year-old female from Newburgh.
12:30 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 32 to a 65-year-old male from Highland Mills.
12:38 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 32 to a 38-year-old male from Otisville.
12:50 p.m. Police issue three summonses to a 28-year-old male driver from Cornwall
on Route 32, including one for driving without a license and one for making a u-turn.
4:47 p.m. Police stop 23-year-old Kevin Boulton for an expired sticker on his vehicle and seize a very small amount of marijuana as contraband while arresting the subject on a warrant for harassment in Newburgh.
6:40 p.m. Police respond to a hit-and-run accident on Route 32.
7:35 p.m. Police respond to a complaint of an ex-spouse trespassing on private property.
7:43 p.m. Police respond to a motor vehicle accident on Route 32.
Friday, January 11
9:23 a.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 9W to a 48-year-old male from Saugerties.
9:38 a.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 9W to a 45-year-old male from New City.
1:30 p.m. Police respond to a complaint of two subjects, described as residents of Maplehurst Inn, asking that were going to the bank for money.
2:50 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 32 to a 46-year-old male from Cornwall-on-Hudson.
6:11 p.m. Police respond to a domestic dispute.

9:30 a.m. Police respond to a one-car motor vehicle accident on Clove Road.
10:32 a.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 32 to a 41-year-old female from Monroe.
10:45 a.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 32 to a 49-year-old male from New Widnsor.
10:58 a.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Taylor Road to a 17-year-old male from Cornwall.
11:49 a.m. Police issue a summons for a vehcile and traffic violation on Jackson Avenue to a 30-year-old female from Monroe.
12:07 p.m. Police respond to a hit-and-run accident on Main Street in which a passing car knocked off the mirror of a parked car.
2:00 p.m. Police investigate a report of inappropriate activity on a children's website.
2:10 p.m. Police respond to a minor motor vehicle accident involving a passing vehicle and a parked car on Main Street.
3:55 p.m. Police investigate a report of a reckless driver on Route 9W who threw a bottle at a passing car.
7:18 p.m. Police investigate a report of two male youths removing a candy dispenser from 45 Quaker Avennue.
Sunday, January 13
12:30 a.m. Police investigate a report by a resident of Elm Street who heard glass breaking and saw two juveniles running and later observed the light post on the street to be damaged.
8:48 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 32 to a 68-year-old male from the Bronx.
