10:39 a.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Orrs Mills Road to a 49-year-old female from Cornwall-on-Hudson.
8:30 p.m. Police investigate a hit-and-run accident in a parking area of Tamara Lane.

1:00 a.m. Police respond to a report of a person on the trestle in Salisbury Mills attempting to harm himself. Incident turned out to be a verbal dispute between brothers. All parties advised.
11:08 a.m. Police respond to a motor vehicle accident on Route 9W.
8:15 p.m. Police issue a summons for speeding on Route 94 to an 18-year-old male from New Windsor.
8:48 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 94 to a 21-year-old male from Ramsey.
Monday, January 2
5:44 p.m. Police respond to a two-car motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Route 94.
6:08 p.m. Police respond to Cornwall hospital for a reported patient who went AWOL from the ER. Subject was voluntarily transported to the hospital for a psychiatric evaluation. Subject is located in the parking lot of Cornwall plaza and turned over to the hospital staff.
8:20 p.m. Police respond to a report of two females yelling at each other on Highland Avenue.

8:15 a.m. Police respond to a coyote vs. motor vehicle accident on Route 32.
9:30 a.m. Police pick up a suspect on an outstanding warrant from Cornwall and transport her to Cornwall hospital for observation.
1:00 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 94 to a 43-year-old male from Washingtonville.
1:23 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 94 to a 39-year-old female from New Windsor.
3:46 p.m. Police investigate the theft of a package.
5:24 p.m. Police respond to an accident on Angola Road in which a truck knocked down a pole holding electrical wires and damaged eight pieces of electronic equipment in a nearby home.

2:55 p.m. Police respond to a complaint between two drivers who accused the other of reckless driving on Route 94.
