1:15 p.m. Police issue a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign on Shore Road to a 28-year-old male from Cornwall.

9:08 p.m. Police charge an 18-year-old male from Cornwall with marijuana possession after he was found to be in possession of about one gram of the illegal substance. The 17-year-old male driver of the car, which was parked in the village municipal parking lot, was issued a summons for driving beyond the limits of a restricted license.
