Sunday, November 11
12:10 a.m. Police issue a summons for an equipment violation to a vehicle on Hudson Street driven by a 25 year-old male from Cornwall-on-Hudson and a summons for consuming alcohol in a vehicle to a 27-year-old male from Cornwall-on-Hudson.
1:07 a.m. Police charge a 17-year-old male from Cornwall-on-Hudson with unlawful possession of an alcoholic beverage after he was seen holding a 24-oz. can of Budweiser beer while working with a group on Mountain Road.
1:18 a.m. Police charge a 17-year-old male from Newburgh with driving outside of his restricted license after his car swerved to miss a deer and went into a ditch on Boulevard.
9:30 a.m. Police respond to Cumberland Farms for a report of a customer upset over a cell phone refund.
1:22 p.m. Police issue a summons for vehicle and traffic violation on Hudson Street to a 19-year-old male from Cornwall.
Monday, November 12
1:19 p.m. Police advise young men playing football on the front lawn of the elementary school about the “No Trespassing” sign and are told that a warning would be sent home. They were respectful and left the school grounds.
3:08 p.m. Police advise young men skateboarding and playing frisbee in the rear lawn of the elementary school about the “No Trespassing” sign and are told that a warning would be sent home. They were respectful and left the school grounds.
5:36 p.m. Police issue a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign on River Avenue to a 55-year-old male from Tucker.
5:57 p.m. Police issue a summons for driving 71 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 9W to a 45-year-old male from Cornwall-on-Hudson.
6:14 p.m. Police issue a summons for driving 73 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 9W to a 34-year-old male from Cornwall.
6:24 p.m. Police issue a summons for driving 71 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 9W to a 35-year-old male from Atlanta.
9:27 p.m. Police respond to a domestic dispute.
Tuesday, November 13
11:09 a.m. Police take a report of a harassing phone message left on a woman’s cell phone.
Wednesday, November 14
5:15 p.m. Police respond to a deer vs. motor vehicle accident on Route 9W and Mountain Road.
7:30 p.m. Police issue a summons to a vehicle blocking the sidewalk on Maple Avenue Extension.
9:12 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Homeland Avenue to a 21-year-old male from Cornwall-on-Hudson.
9:47 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Homeland Avenue to a 50-year-old male from Cornwall-on-Hudson.
