Tuesday, October 1
8:42 a.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Hudson Street to a 46-year-old female from Cornwall.
3:55 p.m. Police respond to a report of a verbal argument at Cumberland Farms between the clerk and a 44-year-old male customer upset because he was asked for ID to purchase cigarettes. Officer spoke with the customer and he apologized to the clerk.
Wednesday, October 2
6:29 p.m. Police investigate a motor vehicle accident on Hudson Street.
10:57 p.m. Police arrest 58-year-old Charles Peterson, of Newburgh, for driving with a revoked license after he is stopped for a traffic violation on Academy and found to have a license that expired in 1973.
Thursday, October 3
12:12 a.m. Police respond to a report of four tires that have been slashed on a car on Second Street, believed to be the result of a personal dispute.
