I am writing to you today to express my extreme gratitude and appreciation to Assemblyman Colin Schmitt for passing legislation to help our community in the Assembly. Our town has been working diligently to create the Blooming Grove Community Preservation Fund that will help all residents. Thanks to Assemblyman Schmitt’s efforts this bill is now passed. He made a promise to our community and delivered. We have a real ability to protect farmland and other natural resources and I cannot think of anything more important to protect and preserve a community than that.
