To the Editor,
Does anyone else care that Cumberland Farms is now scanning our driver licenses whenever we purchase cigarettes? Can't they read our birthdays by sight like every other store? Why is this necessary?
I don't want my bar code in their hands. This is yet another example of "Big Brotherism." I suggest everyone call 1-800-4CUMBYS and complain. Better yet - go to Dairy Mart instead.
