Arrests
11/28/16 Bryan Yamil Alvelo-Colon, age 20, of Cornwall, NY was arrested on a bench warrant.
11/29/16 Jonathan D Monroe, age 20, of Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with DWI and criminal mischief in the 2nd degree.
11/30/16 Jeremy R Vandervort, age 28, of Cornwall, NY was arrested on a bench warrant and also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
12/01/16 A 21 yr old male from Highland Mills, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
12/01/16 Victor M Corea Jr. age 36, of Newburgh, NY was arrested on a bench warrant.
Incidents
11/30/16 A caller reported that a male subject took 4 cases of beer from the store without paying for them.
12/01/16 A caller reported that someone tried to break into his garage overnight as the window screesn were cut and bushes and potted plants nearby the window were trampled on.
12/01/16 A caller reported that his vehicle was stolen. Onstar was contacted who located the vehicle in East Township, NJ. East Township Police was assisted by live tracking and located the vehicle. The vehicle crashed, the driver and occupant left the scene leaving a small canine in the vehicle. The driver, a 17 yr old who was a reported runaway from the Town of Highlands was located and arrested on the scene.
