Arrests

08/31/16 Reginaldo Galvez-Pena, age 49, of Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, unlicensed driver, unregistered vehicle, fail to signal, fail to keep right and unreasonable speed.
09/01/16 Tiffany M Tillman, age 34, of Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, unreasonable speed, and no/exp inspection.
09/02/16 Joseph T Tetro, age 28, of New Windsor, NY was arrested and charged with larceny in the 4th degree.
09/02/16 A 54 yr old male from Salisbury Mills, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
09/03/16 An 18 yr old male from Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
09/03/16 A 26 yr old male from Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.


Incidents
08/29/16 A duck was struck by a motor vehicle and removed from the roadway and placed in a garbage can.
08/31/16 Police recover an injured falcon.
08/31/16 Fire department dispatched for a transformer smoking.
09/01/16 Police take a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle. Someone keyed and kicked a vehicle in the municipal lot on Main St.
09/02/16 Police respond to Broadway in Cornwall for a report of a dog attacking another dog. Both dogs had minor injuries.
09/03/16 Police respond to 9W/Laurel for wires down and traffic signal not working.
09/04/16 Police respond to Hudson Highland Discovery Center for a report of larceny from a vehicle. Someone smashed a car window and took several items.
