Dear Editor:
In 1991, I discovered that in 1948 I was born in the hospital in Cornwall-on-Hudson. At that time I was adopted, and moved to the Bronx in New York City.
My research has given me my birth mother's name and the name that I had just before I was adopted. Since that time (1991), my wife and I have made many trips to Cornwall and we absolutely love the area, We especially enjoy eating at Painters, and the views from your beautiful park by the marina.
It may be only in my mind, but I feel a sense of "home" when we are there. I just wanted to express my feelings about your lovely Village and will certainly be visiting again soon.
Sincerely,
Bill Monroe
