Arrests
05/16/16 A 17 yr old female from Newburgh, NY was arrested on a bench warrant.
05/17/16 A 25 yr old male from Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
05/20/16 A 29 yr old male from Highland Mills, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and an interlock violation.
05/20/16 A 33 yr old male from Monroe, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
05/21/16 Robert R Shaffer, age 29, of Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with harassment in the 2nd degree.
05/22/16 Chelsea R Mackinnon, age 22 of New Windsor, NY was arrested and charged with DWI after a one car motor vehicle accident on Jackson Ave and Rt 94.
Incidents
05/16/16 A Board member reported that someone drove onto the grass of a common area on Main St. and made rude remarks to the board member about the incident.
05/16/16 A mailman reported that he was chased down and bit by a dog while trying to deliver mail.
05/17/16 Police advise a man to stop hitting golf balls into Rings Pond.
05/17/16 Cumberland Farms reported that they mistakenly gave a customer $100 bill.
05/17/16 A resident called to say that someone is selling water filters door to door and claiming that the water is contaminated in town.
05/20/16 A caller reported that a man was half naked riding a bike on Taylor Rd.
05/21/16 A caller reported criminal mischief at a house, he believes people are trespassing and using the house for parties.
05/22/16 CVS Pharmacy reported that a man entered the store and took 3 bottles of perfume and left in a dark color sedan.
