Arrests
05/17/16 A 25 yr old female from Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
05/18/16 Nicholas W. Fasano, age 28, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant out of the Town of New Windsor, NY.
Incidents
05/16/16 Foley Landscaping was hired by the Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson to clean garbage from the property at 7 Durby Lane. When the workers arrived on scene, they were aggressively confronted. Patrol remained on the scene until the cleanup was complete.
05/17/16 Police issue a summons and two warnings to drivers on Shore Rd.
05/19/16 Police respond to the lot next to COH school for a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle.
05/19/16 An airsoft pistol found by kids on River Ave was taken into Police care.
05/20/16 Police take a report of criminal mischief. A caller on Taft Place reported that 4 eggs were thrown at his house during the night.
05/21/16 A resident from Mountain Rd. reported larceny from his vehicle. Someone came onto his property and took a bike, prescription sunglasses and regular sunglasses totaling over $1k in value.
05/21/16 A resident from Maple Rd. reported larceny from her vehicle and another on her property. Someone took a chef knife kit and tools from the two cars.
05/22/16 Police and Fire Dept. respond to a home on Bayview Ave. for a fire caused by an electric panel.
