Arrests
03/07/16 Joseph P Stewart, age 36, of Cornwall, NY was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court on a prior unauthorized use of a vehicle charge.
03/11/16 A 27 yr old female of Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
Incidents
03/07/16 Police dispatch an injured deer humanely which was found on Rt 9W.
03/09/16 Police respond to a call reporting a dog caught in a catch basin on Tamara Lane but it turned out to be two raccoons fighting in a sewer and they were able to get out on their own.
03/09/16 A caller reported she was scammed on the internet, someone was trying to sell her virus protection and asked for her credit card information.
03/09/16 Police dispatch an injured deer humanely which was found on Rt 94.
03/11/16 Kids found an ipod in the town playground and turned it in to the Police.
03/12/16 Police take a report of a burglary that occurred in the past. The caller reported that 4 prints/paintings were take from his residence.
03/13/16 Police assist with a disabled vehicle int he roadway on Shore Dr.
