Arrests
12/18/15 A 20 yr old male from Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY was arrested and charged with unlawful use of marijuana.
Incidents
12/14/15 Police assist a truck in an accident that got stuck while making a u-turn.
12/14/15 Police assist with a motor vehicle accident on main st. A driver struck a parked vehicle.
12/15/15 Police respond to a transformer fire on Rt 94.
12/16/15 Police issue a summons to a driver parked in a handicap only parking space without a permit.
12/16/15 Police assist to search for suspects fleeing the scene of a robbery at Sterling Bank in Newburgh. The suspects ran up to the Thruway and abandoned their vehicle. CCHS was put on lockdown at 4:15. Suspects in custoday at Coach House Ct and Riley Rd at 5:15 pm and school lockdown lifted at 5:17 pm.
12/16/15 Police rspond to a report of a cooler left on Quaker Ave. Police found beverages in the cooler, DOT notified to pick up cooler.
12/19/15 A female juvenile was caught shoplifting makeup at a store on Quaker Ave.
