Arrests
10/19/15 Terry A Ayers, age 29, of Port Jervis, NY was arrested and charged with theft of service and criminal possession of a hypodermic needle.
10/22/15 A 23 yr old male from Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
10/23/15 Jason C Annan, age 47 of Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
10/23/15 A 21 yr old male from Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
Incidents
10/19/15 A woman caled Police to report a prowler on her property. Suspect did not gain entry to her home.
10/19/15 Police receive a report of someone stealing a sandwich from a store on Rt 94. When the suspect was contacted by telephone they were advised to pay for the sandwich and stay out of the store as per request of the manager.
10/19/15 A caller on Filomena Dr. reported that her new patio love seat with cushion from Pier 1 was stolen.
10/20/15 A caller reported fraudulent charges made to their Home Depot credit card.
10/21/15 A caller reported seeing a bear behind Fiddlestix.
10/22/15 A manager from Cumberland reported a theft caught on film.
10/23/15 A caller reported theft from their unlocked vehicle on Willow Ave. They said someone took a backpack containing an ipad, laptop, wallet, watch and a gold and diamond ring.
10/23/15 Police receive a report of criminal mischief. A caller reported that door windows were broken but that no one gained entry to her apartment.
