10/24/15 Jefrey A. Rafos, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, reckless endangerment in the second degree and harassment in the second degree.
Incidents
10/22/15 Police issue 2 parking summonses for parking in a no parking zone and for parking in the wrong direction.
10/23/15 Police issue warnings for failure to signal and for a safety inspection check.
10/24/15 A woman reported an iphone 6 lost that she left on a parked car while her child was painting Halloween signs on Hudson St.
10/25/15 Police issue a ticket to a driver for tinted windows.
10/25/15 Police issue a ticket to a driver parked at the riverfront without permit.
10/25/15 Police issue a warning to a driver for a loud exhaust.
