Arrests
09/25/15 Shannon Elberth, age 43, of Athens, NY was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawfully dealing with fireworks and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
Incidents
09/21/15 Police dispatch a rabid raccoon found near the dining hall at Storm King school.
09/22/15 A driver drove away from DB mart without paying for gas.
09/22/15 Police issue a ticket to a driver parked at the riverfront without permit.
09/22/15 Police issue a ticket to a driver on Shore rd for speeding.
09/24/15 Police and Storm King Engine Co. respond to Elsie Circle for a report of a porch fire. The fire was quickly extinguished and the homeowner was advised that the fire was possibly caused by an electrical short in the water sprinkler system.
09/25/15 A driver drove away from DB mart without paying for gas.
09/25/15 and 09/27/15 Police issue a ticket to a driver parked at the riverfront without permit.
