Arrests
06/02/15 Daniel J Porter, age 24, of New Windsor, NY was arrested and charged with DWI and ability impaired by drugs.
06/07/15 Devon T Patterson, age 31, of Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with petit larceny and possession of stolen property.
06/07/15 Carl A Palenik, age 30, of Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with petit larceny, possession of stolen property and criminal impersonation.
06/07/15 A 26 yr old female from Salisbury Mills, NY was arrested and charged with suspended registration, no/exp inspection.
Incidents
06/01/15 Police advise a juvenile who was caught attempting to steal a traffic cone from a utility truck.
06/04/15 A caller reported fraud with his taxes and the IRS suggested he file a Police report.
06/04/15 Police receive a call stating there is a loose bear on South Jacqueline St. trying to take down a bird feeder.
06/05/15 Police and Fire Dept respond to Orr Hatch Drive for a mechanical issue with a dryer cause a small fire.
06/07/15 Police receive a report of larceny from a vehicle on Holloran Rd.
06/07/15 Police receive a call at 4:04pm stating that a couple was having sex in a car parked in a parking lot. When Police arrived to the scene and advised the couple to get dressed, the couple told the officer that they tried to rent a room but were told that there were no rooms available.
