Third Annual Hudson River ArtFest rescheduled
CORNWALL-ON-HUDSON - The Third Annual Hudson River ArtFest has been rescheduled for noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 16, at Tarsio’s Bowling Time Lanes on Rt. 9W in New Windsor. The show was rescheduled from June 5 when stormy weather on the Hudson River caused a postponement. Admission is free.
The open/non-juried show is open to painters, sculptors, and photographers.
ArtFest will present $500 in awards and awards will be chosen in a number of categories, including Best in Show and Hudson River Scenes. Award certificates will also be given for the following categories: People’s Choice (all media), Photography, Oil/Acrylic, Drawing/Pen & Ink, Pastel, Watercolor and Sculpture. The award ceremony will take place at 3 p.m.; artist Andrew Lattimore (www.andrewlattimore.com) will be the judge.
Registration is still open; the fee is $50 for a 10’ x 10’ space.
Set-up time will be from 10-11:30 a.m. Breakdown will be from 4-5 p.m.
