Arrests
02/23/15 Nicolas C Lodato, age 22, of Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with trespassing on school grounds after an employee from Willow Ave. Elementary reported that the subject just broke into his vehicle in the parking lot and ran down the alley way to Lee Road school.
02/23/15 Larry Williams Jr,age 40, of Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with a suspended registration, equipment violation and no/epired insurance.
02/25/15 Hector A Rosales, age 40, of Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
02/26/15 Debra Dercola, age 54, of Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with possession of a forged instrument in the second degree after it she was alleged to have possessed a forged prescription at a local pharmacy.
02/27/15 A 40 yr old man from New Windsor, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
02/28/15 A 24 yr old man from Bronx, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Incidents
02/23/15 Police take a report of a box truck with NJ plated taking down wires on Highland Ave. Time Warner Cable was advised.
02/27/15 Police take a report of wires down on Orrs Mills Rd and advise Central Hudson.
