02/14/15 Josh W Conklin, age 27, of Monroe, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, suspended registration, plate display, improper plates, unlicensed driver and equipment charges.
02/15/15 A 45 year old male from Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
