01/20/15 A 36 yr old male from Mount Vernon, NY was arrested and charged with suspended registration.
01/20/15 A 19 yr old female from Cornwall, NY was arrested on a bench warrant from a petit larceny arrest.
01/21/15 George W malcolm, age 73, of New Windsor, NY was arrested and charged with DWI, unsafe lane change, improper lane use and no passing zone.
01/210/15 A 48 yr old male from New Windsor, NY was arrested and charged with suspended registration.
01/21/15 A 27 yr old male from Marlboro, NY was arrested and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree after violating an order of protection.
01/22/15 A 30 yr old female from Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an equipment charge and no/exp insurance.
01/24/15 Willie Marrero Jr, age 35, of Middletown, NY was arrested on a bench warrant.
01/24/15 Victor A Loiola, age 55, of Newburgh, NY was arrested as a fugitive from justice out of the state of Florida.
Incidents
01/21/15 Police dispatch a deer humanly after it was injured by a truck on 9W.
01/21/15 Police take a report of trespassing. A homeowner in town said someone cut down a tree from his front yard over the course of the day.
