Arrests
12/29/14 A 22 yr old female from Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
01/01/15 Kyle C Hopkinson, age 26, of Poughkeepsie, NY was arrested on a bench warrant.
01/02/15 Rafael Cuevas, age 52, of Brooklyn, NY was arrested and charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree. The operator of the vehicle was in possession of a Breitling watch valued at $57,300 that had been reported stolen from Woodbury Commons.
01/04/15 A 22 yr old man from Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and unlawful imprisonment after a domestic violence call.
Incidents
12/31/14 Town of Cornwall Police assist New Windsor Police and NYS Corrections to take in a parolee for parole violations of edge weapon possessions and threatening behavior at his workplace.
01/03/15 Police take a report of a burglary that occured at a residence between 12/19/14 and 1/3/15 on Jackson Ave.
01/04/15 Police take a report of larceny from a vehicle. someone attempted to gain access to a pickup truck rear window and tampered with a lock box.
