General News: SLCH Hosts Health Exchange
from St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital
St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital (SLCH) will be hosting another free Health Exchange fair on February 19 at the Cornwall Campus on 21 Laurel Avenue. The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Both representatives from SLCH and several participating Health Plans will be available to answer questions and assist with enrollment in any of the services offered through the New York State Health Benefit Exchange (Obamacare).
The following Health Plans will be on site at each location: Affinity Health Plan, Empire Blue Cross, Fidelis Care, Health Republic, MVP Health Care and United Health Care. Though not required for enrollment, if available, the following items will expedite the enrollment process; Social Security Number, Employer information, Income information for every member of your household who needs coverage and Policy numbers for any current health insurance plans.
