The U.S. Humane Society, represented by N.Y. State Director Brian Shapiro, and the Mid-Hudson Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA), represented by President Thomas DiCarrado, gave valuable input to the Town of Cornwall Geese Management Committee at a meeting held at 7pm on Tuesday, February 11 at the Munger Cottage on the grounds of the Town of Cornwall Town Hall.
Former Cornwall Town Board member Mary Beth Green Krafft, who was once again in attendance, provided the Committee with some helpful historical data on geese management issues at Rings Pond and the immediate area, and her public comment was greatly appreciated and very helpful to the Committee.
