Erika Abraham, 75+ Cornwall resident who was awarded the "Cornwall Lions Lifetime Achievement Award" upon her completion of the 5K at the Cornwall Lions Club Fall Harvest Run, will be a spotlight senior in the November 29th issue of Hudson Valley Senior Gazette.
Erika is an amazing lady who started her running career at age 47, and has since run 39 marathons and 11 ultras.
Erika can be seen, in all weather, in and about Cornwall, running on a daily basis.
Way to go Erika!!
