Local dads demonstrate Tick Time App
CORNWALL, NY – Local Cornwall residents and app creators, Mikey Jackson and Bill Braine, will have an educational tick prevention presentation at the Cornwall Public Library on Wednesday, July 13th, at 6:30 pm in the library’s community room. All are welcome to attend.
Mikey and Bill are local dads who wanted a simpler way to check for ticks. Their families spend a lot of time outdoors, so they are conscientious about checking for ticks, especially after Bill’s daughter discovered a bulls-eye around a bite. The app has all the things necessary to check for ticks, including a built-in magnifier, light and a timer. They will be demonstrating how the app works, as well as educating people on tick and Lyme disease prevention. There is no registration required to attend this program.
