General News: Has Anyone Seen This Parrot?

He answers to the name of Scrappy and his owner says the parrot has been missing since 3 pm on Wednesday.
The bird was last seen in the trees near the Riverside Apartments on Hudson Street in Cornwall-on-Hudson.
There's a reward for the return of Scrappy. You may call (845) 542-2636 if you've seen him.
