General News: Shore Road Railroad Repair
From the Cornwall-on-Hudson Police Department
Starting on Monday, August 31, 2020, at 9:00am until Thursday, September 03, 2020, 9:00am, CSX Railroad will be doing railroad repair work and repaving at the Shore Road Railroad Crossing area/ closest to the Riverfront Park Gazebo (north end of Riverfront Park). Anyone wishing to visit either Donahue Riverfront Memorial Park or the Cornwall Yacht Club will have to enter via the Dockhill Road/ Shore Road entrance.
CSX Railroad be “set- up” Road Detour Signs at the Shore Road and Wood Avenue intersection for any vehicles traveling southbound on Shore Road.
