General News: Nature Museum Welcomes New Board Member

From the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum:
The Hudson Highlands Nature Museum, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating responsible caretakers of the environment, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kristin Jensen to the Board of Trustees.
With nearly two decades of helping companies grow and develop through marketing and public relations, Kristin presently works as Vice President of Public Relations at McQuade Children’s Services in New Windsor, NY. She is also a freelance writer and provides public relations consulting services to local small businesses through her agency Jensen Communications, LLC.
Kristin has been on the Museum’s Hike-A-Thon committee for the past two years and was the co-chair of the 2008 Hike-A-Thon. Kristin is also affiliated with several community organizations including Newburgh YMCA, Taft Elementary School, Washingtonville Brownie Troop 360 and Washingtonville Cub Scout Pack 16. She is a longtime resident of Orange County and a graduate of Cornell University
