Frank Ostrander took these two photos of the circus train passing through Cornwall Landing. Here's what he has to say about it:
"I had an opportunity to take photos of Storm King Mountain from across the river as I drove to Peekskill the other day. I was there just in time to catch the Ringling Brothers, Barnum & Bailey Circus train as it passed through Cornwall-on-Hudson!"
