Long before the fireworks were set off, a team from Legion Fireworks in Wappingers was busy laying out the pipes that would hold the explosives for the show.
In the photo at right, Greg Heard shows off one of the six-inch fireworks case that is put in the pipe with explosives to create the colorful display.
