Show Your Love at the Cornwall Public Library
Make A Valentine Fundraiser Feb. 7-14, 2015
CORNWALL, NY – The public is invited to make a valentine heart reflecting the theme “I Love My Library,” part of a fundraiser that will run from February 7-14, 2015 at the Cornwall Public Library at 395 Hudson Street, Cornwall, NY. The valentines will then be displayed in the lobby and community room of the library.
The Cornwall Public Library Foundation is organizing the Valentine fundraiser with the support of the Friends of the Cornwall Library. Materials for making the valentine’s hearts will be available at the Friends’ Bookstore Monday-Friday, February 9-13, from 3-4:30 pm and on Saturday, February 7 and 14 from 10 am-12:30 pm. Additional hours for valentine-making are Monday, February 9 from 7-8 pm and Wednesday, February 11 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 6:30 to 7 pm. Suggested donation for making a valentine is $5 each and 3 for $10.
The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to promote the Cornwall Public Library through fundraising, major gifts, corporate sponsorship, endowments, grants and bequests.
