General News: Two Concerts, One Fair This Week

It's mid-July, with temperatures in the 90s all week, with two Village Bandstand concerts this week, one on the opening night of the Fireman's Fair on Wednesday, which will give you a double attraction to come to the village for the evening.
On Tuesday, July 19, Off Hour Rockers plays at the bandstand at 7 pm. The next evening, Wednesday, at 7, the West Point Jazz Knights Combo will entertain.
Peter Osinski, who organizes the concert series each summer, said it's very special when West Point performers can appear at the bandstand. "We are excited to have the Jazz Knights," he said.
The Storm King Fire Engine Company chefs will be cooking up their famous cheese steaks, sausage & peppers, burgers, dogs, fries, onion rings, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, fried dough, pizza and more -- and serving it for half price from 6 to 7 pm on Wednesday. Games, rides, and Las Vegas Night all evening. Binky the Clown stops by for a visit at 7 pm. (Click here for the line-up of Fireman's Fair events.)
