Ralph B. Baxter of Cornwall-on-Hudson entered into rest on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at home with his loving family by his side. He was 79.
The son of the late Ralph and Margaret Baxter, he was born on August 1, 1931 in Cornwall Landing, NY.
He worked at Lightron of Cornwall, then LSI/Lightron for over 50 years. He retired in Sept. 2010 at the age of 79.
Ralph was a kind and generous man with a great sense of humor.
He is survived by his niece Cheryl Starr and husband Leroy, and his great niece Halona Baxter. He is also survived by nieces Christine Fitch and husband James of Gilboa, NY; Lynn Bloomer and husband Art of Coldenham, NY; Mary Marinace and husband Thomas of Florida; also by numerous great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews, and many friends. He was predeceased by brothers William and Walter, sister Belinda Rogers and nephew William Rogers.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
