James "Bud" Mann of Newburgh, died July 7, 2011, at St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital, Newburgh Campus, as the result of an automobile accident . He was 55. The son of Leo Mann and Lena Seaman Mann, he was born May 28, 1956 in Middletown.
Bud was a Bus Driver for Quality Bus Service in Sparrowbush.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Wolverton Mann, at home; his brother, Roy Mann of Cornwall-on-Hudson; sisters: Joy Handel, Marie Mann, Laura Mann, Sherry Young and her husband, Skeet and Jean Phelps, all of Florida; nephews, Timothy Handel and Duane Tamburini, and niece, Jacqueline Stanley, as well as many nieces & nephews in Florida.
A family statement reads: "A beloved husband, brother and friend, he was taken from us to soon."
Visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m., Sunday, July 10, at Quigley Bros. Funeral Home, 337 Hudson St., Cornwall-on-Hudson.
