Normand Bourassa of Cornwall, NY died Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at the Kaplan Family Hospice Residence in Newburgh, NY. He was 82.
Mr. Bourassa worked for Ford Motor Co. for over thirty years. He was married to Lillian Galipeau Bourassa for 60 years.
He was born October 23, 1928 in Woonsocket, RI, the son of William Bourassa and Alice Bouliane,.
Survivors include his wife, Lillian Bourassa at home; his daughters, Joanne Urban and Linda Eyerman, their husbands, four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Visitation is from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm on Friday, May 6 at Quigley Bros. Funeral Home, 337 Hudson St., Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Rt. 9W and Union Ave., New Windsor, NY. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in New Windsor.
