Obituaries: Myrtle Thomson McDonnell

Myrtle Thomson McDonnell of Cornwall, NY and formerly of Highland Falls, NY died at St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital, Newburgh, NY on February 21, 2011. She was 86.
Myrtle performed Signature Verification for Manufactures Hanover Bank NY, NY.
The daughter of Alex Thomson and Alma Aho Thomson, she was born December 16, 1924 in Cumberland, WI. She was married to the late Joseph J. McDonnell.
Survivors include sons, Joseph McDonnell and his wife, Dorothy, of Wanaque, NJ and Alex A. McDonnell and his wife, Brenda, of Cornwall, NY; daughter, Kristine Simmons of Staten Island, NY; grandchildren: William Simmons, Jessica Campagne, Glenn Simmons, and Jody Grayson; great grandchildren: Casey Campagne, Tristan and Patrick Simmons and Ian Grayson.
There will be no public visitation. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, February 25 at the Fardale Chapel, 86 Chapel Rd., Mahwah NJ. Burial is to follow in Redeemer Cemetery, Mahwah, NJ.
