Anna M. Babcock, of Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY, died on Thursday, February 25, 2010, at the age of 80.
Babcock was a retired inspector at Star Expansion in Mountainville. She was born on December 14, 1929, the daughter of Fred and Anna Mae Berrian Hall. She was the widow of the late James Maynard Babcock, who died in 1995.
She is survived by her son, James M. Babcock and his wife, Beatrice, of Naples Fl., her daugher, Patricia A. Gilmore, and her husband Robert, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, and several nieces and nephews, along with grandchildren Jason Babcock and Robert Gilmore, Jr. and his wife, Donna. She was predeceased by a granddaughter Barbara Ann Gilmore.
Visitation will be from 10 am to 12 noon on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at Quigley Bros. Funeral Home at 337 Hudson St., in Cornwall-on-Hudson. Funeral service will be at 12 noon on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at the funeral home. Burial to follow in the cemetery of the Highlands in Highland Mills, NY.
