Doris A. Miller, of Cornwall, NY passed away on December 23, 2016 at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital, Newburgh, NY with her family by her side. She was 95 years old.
The daughter of Harry and Dorothy Lint Martin, Doris was born on February 25, 1921 in Nemacolin, PA.
She was a loving and caring mother and grandmother.
For many years she was a volunteer at Cornwall Hospital. She enjoyed her weekly card games with her friends and will be greatly missed.
Doris was predeceased by her loving husband, Herman H. Miller. She is survived by children Rodney Miller of Cornwall, NY, John and wife Barbara Miller of Hampden, MA, and Peter Miller of Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY; and her three grandchildren, predeceased by one grandson.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Tuesday, December 27th at Quigley Bros. Funeral Home, 337 Hudson St. Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY. A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. following visitation at the funeral home. Interment will follow at St. Thomas Cemetery, Cornwall, NY.
